簡單說：人創造文化。例如：語言、科學、藝術、宗教、法律、技術、哲學和制度等。…

帶有貶義的雜草，竟然是文明的伴生物？「天地不仁，以萬物為芻狗。」本來各種植物在價值上沒有分別，人以人的眼光，而且是近視的眼光來審視它們，才有了分別。一些植物被判定為有用，甚至價值連城，比如海南黃花梨（降香黃檀）；一些植物被判定為無用，對人有危害或影響莊稼生長，需要鏟除或抑制。於是，哪裡有文明哪裡就有雜草，有什麼樣的文明就有什麼樣的雜草。「有害」雜草是無法消滅的，罵、割、砍、燒、挖等招法盡管使用，除草劑盡管噴灑，到頭來雜草依舊，甚至越來越昌盛。其實，是我們所追求的東西培育了雜草，導致其引入、變異、進化、傳播。人類發動的戰爭，也會打破大自然的局部平衡，從而影響到雜草的枯榮、進退。文明與雜草協同演變，人類對雜草似乎永遠是愛恨交加。其實，退一萬步講，雜草如病毒，不需要消滅（也滅不乾淨），只需要和平共處。…
