陳明發《外資》
仍在發展中的馬來西亞，極需外資推動。外資帶來的，不僅僅是資金，還包括其他如技術與市場網絡等關鍵要素。中國與新加坡是其中兩個最主要的外資來源。可是， 2018年以後，情況起了很大的變化。東馬輸油管與馬新高鐵等巨型合作項目觸礁，其他計劃也多處於不明朗狀況。如何重建本身的發展方向與外資的信心，成了大挑戰。延續閱讀：一帶一路·札記(攝影：鄧福恒遺作·沙巴日落）
