王琪瑛·吃馆子的心得
別妙想天开，以为开歺馆容易赚钱，90巴仙的创业者都在口味和品质方面被淘汰。去年，八打灵有很多新歺馆开了, 顾客小猫两三只，我去吃了，觉得味道没什么特别，不想再做回头客，结果，几个月后，不出所料，真的倒了，比神算还准。
个人心得，很多时下的年轻歺饮创业者，总是眼高手低，开始时砸大钱来搞什么高档装潢，不注重自己的厨艺，甚至连自己也不会煮，依赖主厨，这是大忌，被主厨占上风，主厨几年后吊起来卖，自己反而怕失去主厨而得低声下气。…
