[愛墾研創·教改]近打谷喀斯特（Karst）地貌
馬來西亞霹靂州的喀斯特地貌（岩溶地貌）主要集中在著名的近打谷（Kinta Valley）一帶，是馬來西亞半島規模最大、最壯觀，且地質年代極為古老的石灰岩景觀。
這片區域夾在蒂蒂旺沙山脈與吉勒當山脈之間，歷經數億年的雨水侵蝕與地下水溶蝕，形塑出拔地而起的孤峰、幽深莫測的溶洞以及如畫般的山水地景，在馬來西亞的地質學與旅遊業中皆佔有舉足輕重的地位。
從地質學的角度來看，霹靂州的喀斯特地貌屬於典型的「塔狀喀斯特」（Tower Karst）。這裡的石灰岩大部分形成於古生代，部分岩層的歷史甚至可以追溯到四億年前。…
