馬勇：大國崛起軌跡：想象與真實
幾年前一部命名為《大國崛起》的節目喚起了中國人某種意識，稍後幾年又因中國經濟急劇增長，大國崛起、世界第二、中美共治、中國道路、中國模式等說法一度占據了相當一部分中國人的思想空間。中國仿佛已經重現“大國崛起”的夢想，中國的實力仿佛已經成為世界上僅次於美國的老二。許多中國人認為，實力決定地位，既然現在中國的經濟實力超過日本，成為世界第二了，那麽中國就應該享有世界第二的地位，於是什麽“中美共治”，什麽“黃金十年”，什麽“盛世修誌”之類的言辭不斷充斥著報紙的版面、電視的畫面。
其實，仔細想想，這些看法不止是一種有害的虛驕，與中國不卑不亢不驕不躁的大國傳統不符，而且更重要的是，這種說法不合乎歷史，忽視了、抹煞了自己民族已經走過的路，是一種歷史虛無主義，不符合歷史主義的原則。…
