孫甘露《都市人群單身問題》

忙亂的一周。母親打了五天點滴，病情還算穩定。天氣忽然就有了冬天的意思，這樣還算得上是冬天。聖誕夜前一天，鄭逸文來電話邀請去《文匯報》參加中國黃酒高級論壇。算是見識了黃酒的妙處。
晚上和朋友去L16吃泰國菜。環境不錯，服務值得稱道。二十四日下午去《大都市》作有關都市人群單身問題的談話，和一位李姓心理分析師。在一間辦公室，曾年拍攝的巴黎街景巨幅照片前錄音、拍照。信口開河，說了什麼都已經忘了。…

孫甘露《園林》
昨日晚間，讀陳東東在《收獲》上發表的紐約隨筆，有大家風範。和友人聊及年中紹興之行，找出胡雲翼選注的宋詞來讀。陸遊的釵頭鳳，蘇軾的江城子。還是那句老話，生離死別都叫古人寫盡。
夜涼如水，這也是一句老話了。
天氣挺暖和，能見度很高。陽光直接照到床上，尋思著以後晚上要把墨鏡放在床頭。
下午去附近的公園，一個嗓子很好聽的婦女唱歌拉手風琴。那些文革以前流行的各國歌曲。在她邊上的一張椅子上閑坐，看那些高高在上的風箏和在雲層中穿過的客機。如果要選我見過的世上最美的園林，那就是彼得堡郊外芬蘭灣旁的夏宮。…
