Ilmu mengenai makanan semakin luas dan semakin dititikberatkan, dan hal ini merupakan lambang kemajuan sesebuah masyarakat. Ia menunjukkan bahawa kita bukan lagi sekadar mahu makan hingga kenyang atau makan dengan enak, tetapi juga ingin memperoleh suatu pengalaman yang menyentuh jiwa.

Kita bukan sahaja mengutamakan rasa yang dinikmati oleh mulut dan lidah, malah turut mencari “rasa” yang dapat dirasai oleh hati. Bukan sekadar keenakan yang memuaskan deria rasa, tetapi juga keindahan yang menyentuh roh dan perasaan.

Contoh yang paling biasa ialah susunan dan hiasan meja makan serta pinggan hidangan. Selain mengolah pengalaman rasa dan aroma, para pengusaha makanan kini turut mencipta suasana yang merangsang penglihatan dan sentuhan. Di Barat, buah-buahan, sayur-sayuran, ketulan ais, keju dan mentega sering dijadikan bahan untuk menzahirkan kreativiti dan nilai estetika dalam dunia kulinari. Malah strawberi, nanas, keladi, tembikai susu, labu dan ubi keledek juga digunakan sebagai medium seni.

Seorang chef yang hebat sekurang-kurangnya perlu menjadi seorang seniman ukiran buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran. Jika tidak, dia mungkin hanya akan kekal sebagai pembantu chef sepanjang kerjayanya.

Dalam beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini, seni ukiran buah dan sayur turut mendapat perhatian dan penghargaan di Tanah Besar China. Sebenarnya, ia bukanlah sesuatu yang baharu. Seawal zaman Dinasti Zhou lagi, seni ini sudah wujud. Kemudiannya pada era pemerintahan Maharaja Kangxi dalam Dinasti Qing, hampir setiap hidangan dalam jamuan agung Manhan Quanxi (Jamuan Diraja Manchu-Han) dihiasi dengan ukiran buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran yang indah.

Malangnya, sehingga hari ini, bahan yang digunakan oleh ramai chef masih berkisar pada labu putih dan lobak merah, manakala tema ukirannya pula sering terhad kepada motif tradisional seperti naga, burung phoenix dan helang.

Jika kita meninjau contoh hiasan makanan di Barat, kita akan mendapati bahawa apa yang disebut sebagai food architecture telah diangkat ke tahap yang hampir menyamai bidang seni bina dan kejuruteraan. Ada juga yang menamakannya sebagai edible creation atau edible craft — iaitu karya kreatif dan hasil pertukangan yang boleh dimakan. Sesungguhnya, bidang ini jauh lebih mendalam dan kompleks daripada yang disangka.

1.Latar Belakang Dasar & Keterdesakan Transformasi

Kecemerlangan dan kepesatan Kecerdasan Buatan Generatif (Generative AI) menuntut anjakan paradigma dalam sistem pendidikan negara. Model sekolah menengah tradisional yang berorientasikan hafalan, pengumpulan maklumat, dan peperiksaan standard kini tidak lagi relevan kerana AI mampu menguruskan fungsi "otak kiri" (analisis dan organisasi data) dengan lebih pantas.

Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) perlu bertindak proaktif untuk mengalihkan fokus pendidikan daripada "penyampaian ilmu sedia ada" kepada pemupukan "kreativiti aras tinggi, pemikiran kritikal, dan nilai kemanusiaan" yang tidak boleh digantikan oleh mesin.

Oleh itu, dasar ini mencadangkan satu Projek Rintis (Pilot Project) yang mengambil inspirasi daripada model praktikal "Iconada.tv" (Laman Web Aikhen). Laman ini, yang diasaskan oleh Dr. Tan Beng Huat (陳明發博士) sejak 17 tahun lalu, telah lama mempromosikan ekonomi kreatif, budaya, dan pengajian industri tempatan. Model ini akan diadaptasi sebagai acuan kontemporari untuk membina sistem pendidikan masa depan Malaysia yang mengimbangi aspek teknologi tinggi dan kemanusiaan.

2 Teras Falsafah Pendidikan: Navigasi dan Sauh

Rangka kerja utama bagi projek rintis ini berteraskan formula: "Navigasi Pintar AI + Sauh Endosmen Tempatan = Kreativiti Aras Tinggi":

Navigasi Pintar AI: Subjek akademik teras (seperti Matematik, Sains, dan Bahasa) diserahkan kepada platform pembelajaran pintar AI. AI akan mendiagnosis dan mengajar mengikut tahap kelajuan murid (Mastery Learning), sekali gus membebaskan masa bilik darjah fizikal secara signifikan.

Sauh Endosmen Tempatan (Local Anchors): Menggunakan masa yang telah dibebaskan untuk membawa murid keluar daripada bilik darjah. Murid akan berakar umbi dalam "lingkungan komuniti" dan "pengajian industri tempatan" (local agroindustrial studies) guna menyelesaikan masalah sebenar dalam dunia fizikal.

Kaedah Pelaksanaan: Merujuk kepada model pengumpulan kandungan berimpak tinggi di Iconada.tv, murid dibimbing untuk bertukar peranan daripada "pengguna pasif kandungan digital" kepada "kurator budaya".
