文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
我寫下這題目,趕緊要解釋,我現在並非在持螯賞菊之餘,來寫這篇小文。我的案頭雖有一瓶黃蕊的小白菊,可是今年還不曾吃過螃蟹,雖然去年秋天曾在蘇州觀前的松鶴樓吃過一次。不知怎樣,我對現在香港的那些「上海大亨」吃大閘蟹的心理,有一種反感。記得有一次,在一家菜館裡,聽到鄰座有幾個吃著十元一斤大閘蟹的談話,好像這竟是他們現在所能享受的過去黃金時代惟一殘留似的,所以即使是一百塊錢一斤,他們也不惜傾囊一試。如此說來,這簡直是在吃著西山的「薇蕨」了,諸公又何必如此自苦呢?…

前些時候曾在這裡談起過國內運來的速凍熟食新品種:煙鯧魚與五香豬排。簡直像曇花一現一樣,買了一次,第二次想去再買,作本地人所說的「食過番尋味」之舉,不料早已被知味者搶購一空,各家都賣至斷市。據說至快要下月才可以有新貨來。
同期運來的「獅子頭」和「鎮江餚肉」則還有現貨供應。
「獅子頭」是揚鎮名菜,即廣東人所說的豬肉餅。國產速凍的「獅子頭」,是已經用油炸過半熟的,每盒四個,以本港大華國貨公司的售價來說,每盒售一元四毫,這幾天大減價,還有一個九折。三毫多錢就可以買一枚有新會橙那麼大的豬肉餅,實在價廉物美。…
