陳丹燕·我的旅遊世界：枕上無花夢不香
舊金山灣裏的天使島如今靜悄悄，1920年代建造起來的海邊木屋裏滿是西岸清澈耀目的陽光。島上的美國移民局已經關閉，移民局用來收容到港中國移民的木屋，現在成了紀念館。1920年代，中國移民從海上湧進舊金山港，其中有人假造了自己與美國擔保人之間的至親關系，所以美國移民局多將從中國來的移民羈留在天使島上審查核對他們的資料，有人因此在這裏住了兩年之久。有人獲準進入美國，有人被遣返中國。…
