「把IP想象成一個人就很好理解了，姓名、形象、性格、言行等是立體的、具有獨一無二的辨識度，所以才會有你我之分。」廣州美術學院副教授梁迪宇說。
向勇指出，文創IP的建構需要將中國文化中的故事、角色、形象等以多元的媒介語言編碼完成，在文創產品的跨媒介敘事中，生產者和傳播者運用多元化的編碼形式，將中國文化故事以多元媒介的方式講述，為接收者帶來一種全景式的文化創意體驗。
