馬幼垣《三寶太監西洋記》與《西洋番國志》（16）
其地在今門答臘島北端東岸薩馬朗如河（Kreueng Samalanga）口內一浬處。十六世紀後，國雖亡而其名成為全島之稱──蘇門答臘島（Pulau Sumatera）。有關資料，見Mills, p. 115；《南海地名》，頁416-418；《航圖集》，頁68。 宰奴裡阿必丁在1405-1433年間統治蘇門答刺；見Paul Pelliot, 「Notes additionelles sur Tcheng Houo et sur ses voyages,」 T』oung Pao, 31 (1935), p. 313。 指賭爾烏，以及隨後所列鞏書的「都爾烏」為馬來語durian，對音嫌不切。幸此事馮承鈞已考定。他說馬書《國朝典故》本作「賭爾焉」，遂知「烏」為「焉」之訛。其實Groeneveldt, 「Notes,」 p. 209, 早已指出「烏」為「焉」之訛，雖然他手邊的版本資料並不豐富。至於durian這種果實，見Marsden, Sumatra, p. 98; Yule and Burnell, pp.…
