我們都想擁有美滿人生，但很多高成就的人，往往因為資源分配出了問題，以致無法實現幸福的人生。
原因就在，這些人都有很強烈的的成就動機，每次只要達成了一個目標：推出產品、加薪、升官，就是一種勝利。他們喜歡這種成功的快感，所以會不斷去做同樣的事情。
問題是這種成就能不能帶來持久的幸福。因為，一個人能不能擁有持久的幸福，更重要的因素，是他與家人、好友的關係。只不過，這種長期的關係，很難帶來事業上那種短期的成功快感。
