虹影《53種離別》火車
我忽然發現，你就在我的對座，靜靜地看著我。一個小皮箱放在座位上端行李架上。我不相信，再打一回瞌睡，睜開眼，發現你也睡著了。這一切怎麽會是假象、是錯覺和幻想？想像中的女人不可能如此旁若無人地睡著。
我站起來，一個人經過車廂過道。那過道是一個舞臺，佈置得很逼真：在中學讀書時，我喜歡寫作文，也喜歡畫畫。我爬上學校後面的小山，那兒有座破廟，蹲在地上學倒坍的石頭上的刻字。我寫得一手好字，這給你很深的印象。
