盛邦和：卡夫卡的布拉格夢境（下）
《審判》說的是主人公約瑟夫·K在30歲生日那天突然被捕，哀告無門，被無辜處死的故事。書中主人公K被逮捕是荒謬的，他的受審判也是荒謬的。在等待審判的過程中，K竭盡全力投入“訴訟”的過程，為證明自己無罪想了種種辦法而無濟於事。他求助法律，但法律拒絕了他。
書中寫道：法律的大門敞開著，彎著腰往門裏瞧，試著進去。衛士大笑著說：你真想進去，就不妨試試吧!把我的禁止當耳邊風好了。不過你得記住，我可是很厲害的。再說我還僅僅是最低一級的衛士哩。從一座廳堂到另一座廳堂，每一道門前面都站著一個衛士，而且一個比一個厲害。這個你要知道!…

你不知道這歐陸的夾竹桃，密密層層植在路旁，是怎樣的澎湃如潮，攝人心魄的美。巴士從花樹前疾駛，帶過旋風，一叢叢前俯後仰，花枝亂顫，接著嘩啦啦一片歡笑。而開車人這時目不旁騖，一臉路邊野花認不可采的端莊。我們的心正向捷克的首都布拉格飛去。
歐洲的不少高速公路不限速，德國就是這樣，哪怕將速度提到200碼，裝上雙翼就可以飛起來，也不用擔心路邊的哪棵冬青樹中藏著測速攝像機，把你的飆車速度記錄下來，然後罰款買單。所以天底下的快車手為圖這份快活，蜂湧德國，這無疑為德國旅遊業作出貢獻。我不知道捷克的公路是不是限速，只覺車速飛快，窗外的景物一閃而過。…
