先出發再計劃:「聽勸式旅行」爆改自由行

心微動，身已遠。

隨著五一假期到來，旅游市場再度迎來大爆發。而當全國各地文旅局忙著通過拍照、剪視頻吸引外地游客時，年輕人中間卻又開始流行「聽勸式旅行」。不同於過去「網上找攻略，線下自由行」的出游方式，「聽勸式旅行」主打一個毫無准備、隨心所欲：不少年輕人會先確認一個目的地，等買好車票、上了車，才在社交媒體平台上發佈一條「馬上到XX，求當地好吃好玩推薦，聽勸！」的內容，然後靜靜等待評論區裡出現當地「土著」或是其他游客給出旅行建議。

據驚蟄研究所觀察，目前抖音平台上「旅游聽勸」相關話題，已經覆蓋國內大多數熱門旅游目的地，其中「威海旅游攻略聽勸版」話題播放量超過了9157.1萬次。而據年初小紅書發布的《2023年度旅行趨勢報告》顯示，「聽勸+旅行」相關筆記在過去一年同比增長了86268%，平均每篇聽勸體筆記都會收到43.9條來自熱心人的回覆。

從「提前做攻略」到「旅游靠聽勸」，這屆年輕人帶火的全新旅游方式，又給文旅行業帶來了哪些新機會？旅游「聽勸」，出行隨心五一假期來臨前一週，在湖北宜昌工作的建築工程師「不喜張揚」，突發奇想決定一個人到武漢完成一次「特種兵旅游」。

和以往拿著日程表或是旅游攻略的出行經歷截然不同，這次出行，「不喜張揚」沒有隨身帶太多行李，更沒有仔仔細細地按照2天的游玩時間，提前規劃出一份細致到48小時每個小時應該「去哪裡、幹什麼」的旅游攻略。只是在對照高鐵票上的座位號，在車廂裡安穩坐下之後，「不喜張揚」才不慌不忙拿出手機，發佈了一條標題為《馬上到武漢！！特種兵兩日游！！！聽勸！！！！》的筆記。（參考「騰訊」）

 

中工網·年輕人為何愛上了「聽勸式旅行」？

「第一次來上海，很聽勸！」「旅游我聽勸！五一去廣州！」最近年輕人中開始流行起「聽勸式旅行」。不同於過去「網上找攻略，線下自由行」的出游方式，「聽勸式旅行」主打一個毫無准備、隨心所欲。人們臨出行前在社交平台發布一條「聽勸」帖，然後靜靜等待網友留下吃喝玩樂行的各種錦囊妙計：或是網友自己摸索的旅游攻略，或是幫人「避雷避坑」的貼心提醒，又或者是本地人給出的出行建議。

據《2023年度旅行趨勢報告》顯示，「聽勸+旅行」相關筆記在過去一年同比增長了86268%，平均每篇聽勸體筆記都會收到43.9條來自熱心人的回復。

對於美景美食的追求，對於踩雷、掉坑的抗拒，構成了「聽勸式旅行」走紅的邏輯基礎。不同於自上而下指導式的旅游攻略，勸告更多是過來人或本地人的經驗之談。

其訴求更為直接，就是要接觸到更多獨具當地特色的元素，發現更多不期而遇的美好，同時也盡可能規避別人走過的坑和吃過的虧，透過更真實的評論提取出更有價值的內容。這種切口更小、細節更豐富的「互助式旅游」，更像是網友們點對點的「游覽指導」，讓旅行變得更深度，更多元，也更具有「私人定制」的樂趣。

在這場旅行者與網友「共創」的旅行中，大家彼此成為對方的嘴替、眼替或是腳替。大家樂於主動求助和探索自己青睞的旅游方式，也願意向他人分享自己的實用建議，這在一定程度上得益於信息共享與即時互動的力量。一人提問、眾人討論，「聽勸式旅行」的底層邏輯其實還是「提問互助」。無數個普通人之間的真誠探討和分享，構成了基於共同興趣的線上集體交流。每一條評論、每一個推薦、每一條提醒都有可能成為旅行者的獨家記憶。

這也更加契合當下人們青睞的「輕社交」理念。網友間互無交集，彼此間不存在各種牽扯，這也就更利於大家客觀理性地交流探討。若建議被認可，互相都能收獲極大的滿足感，但建議沒被采納也無大礙，陌生人之間釋放的善意本身，就是一種難得的情感體驗。這種基於信任的互動主打一個真誠和輕盈，也讓旅行變得更加高效和溫情。

不過如果只把「聽勸式旅行」當作一種社交媒體上的集體行為，或許很難得出對消費市場有參考價值的判斷。它其實在一定程度上折射出當前部分文旅市場宣傳與游客需求間的脫節。游客往往渴望聽到一些更真實、更具體的出行建議，但當前一些景點的文旅宣傳要麼不夠豐富，要麼充斥著「廣告」濾鏡，難以滿足游客事無巨細的真實體驗。

在社交媒體時代，即便是很小的城市，都有可能成為人們追求的「詩與遠方」。「聽勸式旅行」其實對各地文旅也是一種提醒，信息的真實性對於游客是很重要的元素，不妨建立健全評價體系，鼓勵用戶真實的體驗分享，提升游客的信任度。（2024-05-04發布於北京 https://new.qq.com）

春節遇校假·出國團增 ，中國團最熱爆

今年新春碰上長達一個月的學校假期，掀起了出國過年熱潮，其中中國旅行團更是熱爆！

隨著去年馬中兩地落實豁免簽證利好旅游政策後，隨即便掀起兩國人民來往旅游熱潮。在這次的農曆新年加上學校假期長達一個月，本地旅行社接中國旅行團也接到手軟。

《花城》訪問了數家旅行社業者，他們均表示，今年新春旅行團比往年來得熱烈，其中中國團最熱賣，除了免簽便利外，中國的新春氣氛濃烈，旅游氛圍大大提升。

業者們反映，中國團無論是在飲食、溝通、文化上，都和馬來西亞很接近，加上氣候涼爽，成為了新春佳節出游的首選旅游國家。

相比起鄰國如新加坡或其它東南亞國家，中國旅費算是可負擔范圍，加上過去幾年疫情籠罩，導致國人都沒有機會踏足中國觀光，如今隨著中國開放國門，旅客都迫不及待到中國旅游，一睹大自然風采。

業者們指出，以前中國新春期間，大多數商鋪都關門回家鄉過節，但是現在有不少商家或景點在新春期間照常營業及開放，因此吸引大批游客觀光。

今年新春的中國團非常火爆，以前中國新春期間很多商店都沒有營業，但是現在不一樣了，新春期間也有很多商家開門做生意，一些景點只是關閉年初一初二兩天，過後就恢復正常開放，因此除了中國人，也吸引很多外國游客觀光。

新春期間，中國大街小巷都很熱鬧，新年氣氛熱鬧，人潮絡繹不絕。最火紅的旅游城市是上海，上海在這十多年來大肆發展旅游業，已經成為一個非常先進繁榮的一線城市，旅費也不會太貴，介於3000至5000令吉，非常適合家庭游。

此外，越南也是廣受本地人歡迎，山明水秀，也是華人聚集地，沒有溝通障礙。

一直以來，新春出國旅行團都不是很熱烈，但今年碰上學校長假，還是有些家庭親子游。可能很多人認為，新年是團聚的好機會，所以都不會選擇在新年期間出游。

除非去歐洲國家旅游，否則在新春期間，亞洲國家都人滿為患。反而本地旅游反應不錯，例如租巴士到雲頂、新加坡這種短程旅游更適合家庭親子游，旅費也經濟實惠。

今年的新年碰巧遇到學校長假，所以很多家長都趁著這個機會帶孩子出游，旅行團的反應很不錯。

延續去年的熱潮，中國團是最多人選擇的旅游國家，主要景點包括雲南、張家界、成都，還有最近很火爆的哈爾濱。中國景點美輪美奐，而且隨著氣候的變動，一些景點可能會慢慢消失，所以很多人都希望抓緊機會一覽風采。

除了中國，日本、韓國、越南都是很受國人歡迎的旅游國家。東南亞團的團費不貴，介於3000至4000令吉；中國團則要4000令吉起跳，其中除夕至初二出發的團最多，一些回鄉尋根過年，一些則是想要體驗在外國過年的氣氛。(23.2.2024 星洲日報·梁佩儀 )
