現代人常常疏於“自我溝通”，導致自己都不了解自己，我建議大家可以藉由閱讀沉澱自己。閱讀的範圍非常廣泛，包括遇見一個人、觀賞一部電影、接觸一種不 同文化，都可以算是閱讀。當我們接收到他人的觀點與敘述，就會回過頭思考，“我真心想要什麼東西？和其他人有什麼不同？”又比如說旅行，我認為旅行的目的不在發現新的景色或者吃喝玩樂，而是體會到生命的嶄新視野，旅行就等於在閱讀這個世界。多讀書、多思考，擁有愈多知識，就擁有愈多的力量，也就更有魅力和 自信，在表達事情的時候，深度就會不一樣。（臺灣口語傳播達人、金曲獎評審委員王介安）（Photo: Immortal by Lars Opstad）
