文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
最近一陣子,文化創意產業又隨著松菸爭議,浮上檯面。
「文化創意產業」在台灣,已經成了一個髒掉的字眼,雖然還是有不少人試圖緩頰,試圖重新定義,再向社會推廣,不過越來越多人不滿「文化創意產業」,認為一些商品不過是掛上文創的字眼就能高價販售,賺取不合理暴利,非常不應該。
讀了一些網路上關於「文化創意產業」的討論,大體上來說,可以將這個問題細拆成三個問題,或許更能有助於釐清「文化創意產業」在台灣到底該不該搞下去?
1.文化到底可不可以拿來做成商品或服務販售?
2.如果可以,有無限制哪一些文化才能做成商品或服務販售?
3.文化商品的訂價問題,文化作為商品的合理利潤區間為何?謀取暴利的文化商品應該存在嗎?
