文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
我們一車人沿彎彎山路來到瀘西白水庫,酸甜多汁的高原梨就生長在水庫旁邊的梨園裡。梨園門口有成品梨裝箱售賣點,大大的高原梨1個就足足2斤重,幾個人圍在一起才吃得完。而我們不僅想吃梨,還想當一次果農體驗親手摘梨的樂趣。
守在梨園門口吐著腥紅舌頭的狼狗擋不住我們的興趣,和園主商量後,幾個業餘農夫來到梨園小路上。園主介紹,我們左手邊的是「金花梨」,味道純甜,果肉細嫩;右手邊的是「美人酥」,甜中帶酸,肉質酥脆。
踏進鬆軟的紅土地,踮腳採摘高掛枝頭的「美人酥」,橢圓形的果子,小小個子透著清新。摘下來,淺綠漸變淺紅的果皮上還沾著薄薄霧氣。旁邊的金花梨套著紙袋,撕開袋子,黃綠色的果皮觸感微微粗糙,膩膩的甜味滲透在果皮上。滾圓飽滿的果子有美人酥兩倍大,一隻手都拿不下。
我們一群人左手「一朵金花」,右手「一個美人」,鞋子踩成沾滿紅土的「高跟鞋」也樂呵呵不介意。梨園的小姑娘打來水,新鮮梨子放在清涼的水裡洗乾淨,迫不及待咬一口,唇齒剛碰到梨子的皮,就感覺汁水滿溢出來,聲音清脆,酸甜爽口。咬下一口就要吮吸一口,清香撲鼻,瞬間連嗓子也清亮起來。(收藏自 文匯報)
