琦琦：美麗的傳說龍鳳茶具

朋友邀我們去她位於半山的家喝茶和品嘗自制的糕點，她的小屋就在半山間，我們駕四輪驅動車沿山路走，一路景色怡人，滿山綠茵花草芳香，與大自然相近心情舒暢無比！

桌上早已擺滿糕點小吃，一個陶瓷精美的龍鳳茶具很耀眼的端放桌面，茶壺茶杯和托盤都有龍鳳雙喜圖案，很有喜慶的感覺。

大家拿著這龍鳳茶壺端詳談起結婚話題，我們暗中估計年過半百的老友是不是想嫁了？

大家圍著她追根究底，她卻笑翻天的叮囑我們可要小心拿穩別把龍鳳茶壺打破才好啊！因為這是她母親的寶貝珍藏品，是當年父母親結婚敬茶的茶具，盡管她已決意不婚，這套龍鳳茶具還是傳到她手中，她說這是具備意義的 “寶物”她定當珍惜。

關於龍鳳茶具卻有個美麗的傳說，而至今還流傳著這個習俗，如果依照華人傳統的婚禮，每對新人都必須捧茶給長輩喝，這時龍鳳茶具就派上用場了。

所謂的茶卻不是茶，原來是以桂圓紅棗煮成的甜品，長輩們喝過新娘茶後就必須給紅包或金飾品當回禮。

聽說龍鳳茶具最好是向有福氣的人家借來用，這樣才能納福使婚姻美滿。我的姑媽也有一套金光閃閃的龍鳳茶具，幾十年了還保存得完好如新，由於她是一個很有福氣的人，夫妻恩愛走過幾十年，兒孫滿堂，是一個人人贊賞的幸福家庭。

每當左鄰右舍要婚嫁女兒迎娶媳婦都向她借龍鳳茶具，希望托她的福討個吉利，她也樂意借出去並連同一個紅包送到喜家，說是祝福一對新人婚姻美滿！

姑媽是一個很親切友好的人，她很珍惜和很細心珍藏這套龍鳳茶壺，她的哲理是既然大家都把她的福氣與龍鳳茶具相提並論，她就加倍保護這幸運的東西，希望此龍鳳茶具能傳給下一代或借給親朋好友。

說真的如果要讓一個陶瓷幾十年的歲月保持完好不破不裂，真的是要用心保護，就如婚姻要美滿一生一世，何嘗不是要如此保護？

This is my Grandmothers sewing machine that we recently moved out of her old house. The Dress in the background belonged to my Great Grandmother and is over 100 years old. This image was processed to maintain a vintage appearance but I did try to maintain a high level of detail to bring out the age of the machine and the tread.
