葉靈鳳《太陽夜記》中山陵所見
去年秋天，路過故鄉南京，我去了中山陵一次，同行的有許多是海外歸國觀光的華僑，人數相當多，扶老攜幼，拖男帶女，有不少都是不遠萬里，全家從非洲和加拿大回國來觀光的。
海外華僑提到孫中山先生，總是感到十分親切的，因此對於南京中山陵的現狀特別關懷，尤其因為近年海外有人散播謠言，說中山陵因為沒有人理會，早已荒涼破敗不堪了，他們都想看看究竟已經荒涼破敗到怎樣程度了。哪知到了陵下一看，正如在國內任何一個地方所見到的名勝古跡一樣，都收拾一新，打掃得乾淨整齊。僅是沿途所見的那一條由法國梧桐構成的，枝柯交加，濃蔭蔽日的長長的林蔭路，一塵不染，恬靜整潔的情形，就知道是有人在怎樣細心打理著了。走到陵下向上一望，遠在半山腰的中山陵，琉璃瓦和大理石在晴朗的秋空下熠熠生輝，恰像我們在照片上見慣的那樣，一點沒有什麼荒涼破壞的痕跡。…
