宋 學 勤·論鄧以蟄美學思想的體系與特征
「中西融合」或「中西互釋」作為20世紀中國現代美學轉型時期的典型特征，已被學界廣泛認可和接受。在鄧以蟄研究領域，既有研究成果已經注意到論鄧以蟄美學思想中的「中西融通」特征，但詳論不多。朱志榮在《論鄧以蟄中西融通的美學研究方法》中也僅僅是將其當作美學研究方法來看待，並未全盤研究其中西融會的美學特征。且大多數研究成果認為鄧以蟄的美學思想沒有建構起完整的體系，對之批評較多。
這些觀點不僅不夠全面，且大多是從文學美學的角度予以論述①，沒有從藝術美學的角度去看到鄧以蟄融匯中西又自成一體的努力。一般地，判斷美學思想是否成為獨立體系，有三個標準：一是有中西美學的深厚基礎，二是對中西美學的某一問題或多個問題有理論創新或再闡釋，三是其理論觀點能自圓其說，各元素或各部分能自洽並在邏輯上形成闡釋鏈條，這也是最關鍵的一點。顯然，鄧以蟄美學思想具備以上三點，並顯示出自己的特征。…
