文創出彩又「出圈」的背後 聚焦這個新職業
「您好，請問您要微辣口味還是中辣？」甘肅省博物館藝術生活館內的「麻辣燙」銷售攤位前排起了長隊。甘肅省博物館文創中心負責人崔又心正在為游客們講解毛茸茸「食材」，「這是來自天水的炸洋芋丸子，麻辣燙是我們最新推出的文創『甘肅（不）土特產超級市場』系列之一，像現在比較火的隴西黃芪、甘肅軟兒梨玩偶等都是我們『絨化博物館』IP的產品。」
崔又心從事的職業為文創產品策劃運營師，是近日人力資源社會保障部最新發佈的19個新職業之一。業內人士認為，隨著文創產品市場需求變化，文創產品相關人才需求也持續增加。相關數據顯示，當前文創從業人員已超百萬人，折射出文創市場規模的增長態勢。…
