【摘要】地理標誌保護模式不是純學術問題，而是非常現實的利益衡量和選擇的問題。選擇地理標誌保護模式應當以市場發展趨勢的分析為依據，以在國際貿易中最大限度地謀求我國地理標誌產品的利益為原則。我國應當選擇商標法和專門法並行的保護模式，在繼續加強、完善證明商標（集體商標）保護制度的同時，制定地理標誌保護法，成立地理標誌保護委員會，形成兩種制度並行，政府積極推動，企業自主選擇的保護格局。…
