孩子的哭诉，孩子在哭

“文化创意产业”是个即新鲜又陌生的词汇。到底什么是"文化创意"？文化创意又跟普罗大众有什么关系？“文化创意”能为人们的生活带来什么改变？文化创意产业的前景如何？
提起“文化创意产业”不得不提台湾和日本，台湾和日本的文化创意产业办得有声有色。在日本，单只是一个“赏樱祭”就让全球人为之动心，将到日本赏樱变成一个目标，而台湾的文化创意产业也一样精彩万分，“台北牛肉面节”不仅吸引爱牛肉面的老饕，更让台湾牛肉面红遍全球，旅客到台湾没吃牛肉面，就等于没到过台湾。
在亚洲，“文化创意产业”仍然是新鲜事，中国也是近这两年才关注“文化创意产业”的发展，北京国际城市发展研究院院长连玉明对“文化创意产业”的解读是“文化+智力（创意）+ 科技（媒体）”，由这三者深度结合形成的产业集群。…
