中國人為什麼總是不快樂？

中國人好像總是不快樂，學生抱怨作業多，白領抱怨工作累，婦女抱怨家務忙，官員抱怨應酬多，老人抱怨子女不回家......究竟是什麼，讓中國人一臉愁容？

1、沒有信仰　　

為什麼我們周圍的黑人、墨西哥人靠領救濟，甚至街頭要錢度日卻整天樂樂呵呵？為什麼這麼多華人有些人事事順意，卻仍然鬱鬱寡歡？說到底是華人的思想意識出了問題。我們中國人，拋棄了信仰，又沒有建立起新的人生哲學，人生失去了方向，也就失去了駕馭快樂手段，導致很多人在幸福中選擇了不快樂。

我們每個人的快樂、煩惱和痛苦都不是因為事情的本身，而是我們看問題的觀念和態度。就像彌爾頓說的：“意識本身可以把地獄造就成天堂，也能把天堂折騰成地獄。”　　

沒有信仰就容易把價值觀建立在一些外在事物上，甚至是相互比較上，仰望別人的成功，感覺自己的卑微；仰望別人的幸福，慨嘆自己的不幸；比較別人的得志，憤然自己的失意；比較別人的快樂，放大自己的苦痛。

2、愛攀比　　

中國人的一生似乎都用來攀比。孩子從小就被拿來和“別人家孩子”比較，比較成績、能力、拿的獎狀多還是少，以及考上的是不是名校。等畢業出來工作，又被比較工作夠不夠好、薪水優不優厚、福利多不多......長期置於父母對自己的要求和比較之下，久而久之，自己也就習慣性地養成攀比的習慣：我比不比別人優秀？我的吃穿用度比不比別人好......　　

攀比成習慣，自然不快樂。別人有了自己沒有，於是要努力去擁有，擁有瞭如果能快樂固然好，最怕是擁有了之後發現別人又上了新的層次，從而又增煩惱。更別說有些東西是人窮盡一生都沒辦法擁有的。當人們追求的不是幸福，而是比別人更幸福時，快樂就要遠離我們了。

3、對美好的事物不感動　　

“東風無一事，妝出萬重花”。我們可能沒有創造美的能力，但對於大自然創造的美，對於他人創造的美，我們是否去欣賞了呢？我們似乎總是腳步匆匆，對自然美、藝術美、心靈美、生活美、創造美，我們常常視而不見，渾然不覺。　　

如果我們能為了欣賞路邊的美麗花朵而停一下匆忙的腳步，因為葉子隨風搖曳飄落的美態而心頭柔軟，看到小孩純真無邪的笑臉而心生喜悅......那麼，我們能感受到快樂的時刻將會多很多。

4、不懂得施捨　　

宋代張商英說“樂莫樂於好善”，一個懂得付出而不是單單索要的人才會快樂。施捨不是富人的專利。向災區捐贈幾個億是施捨，給陌生人一個微笑也是施捨。　　

“大嘴美女”姚晨擔任聯合國難民署中國區代言人的第三個年頭，過去三年，她先後到過菲律賓、泰國和埃塞俄比亞的難民營。她說：每當我背起背包，到世界各地，去幫助需要幫助的人，也感到正能量回到了我身上，做上這份工作，有夢想成真的感覺。 ”　　

姚明則說：“我做公益、做慈善的最終目的是在幫助別人的同時淨化自己，使自己昇華，到最後，得到幫助的是我自己，讓我感覺到我對這個社會有用。”

5、單調與規律　　

中國人缺少生活的熱情與娛樂，生活通常是按部就班。學生的生活是三點一線，為了小升初、初升高和高考而活，人生單調得似乎只有學習和書本。職場人的生活也是上班、吃飯和睡覺，寶貴的周末時光僅用來休息也不夠，而難得出去郊遊或娛樂。也許到了老年，才有大把的時間可以遊玩，卻是身體不爭氣，經不起四處出遊、大吃大喝了。　　

為什麼富士康在短短的時間內會發生多起“跳樓”事件？因為人不是灰色的螞蟻，人生過分的單調和規律會使人失去快樂。

6、焦慮無處不在　　

中國人也無時無刻不出在焦慮之中。焦慮社會不公、焦慮沒錢沒權、焦慮物價依然飆升、焦慮食品不安全、焦慮子女教育、焦慮環境污染......似乎總有焦慮不完的事。但是，只有無憂無慮的人才會快樂。總在憂慮，哪有時間快樂？

7、壓力太大　　

中國文化一向強調“修身、齊家、治國、平天下”，這些責任總會或多或少地賦予到中國人的身上，形成他們的壓力。中國人面對的壓力非常多，工作的壓力、成家的壓力、撫養子女的壓力、人際交往的壓力等等，而在這些重壓之下，他們忙得幾乎沒有時間去緩解這些壓力，日積月累，這些壓力帶給中國人的不僅僅是不快樂，甚至傷及他們的健康。

8、不敢堅持做自己　　

媽媽的期望、爸爸的期望、姐姐的期望。中國人被很多人期望著，從而不能堅持做自己。一個人要成為父母的好兒子、妻子的好丈夫、兒子的好爸爸、朋友的好夥伴、同事的好搭檔，唯獨不能成為想要的自己，自己總和自己打架，自然也很難真正的快樂。

9、心靈的封閉　　

早在1979年，美國有個學者就寫過一本書，《美國人心靈的封閉》，書中說美國人的心靈都關閉起來了，這是為什麼呢？因為當年美國青年人沒有了遠大的理想，只是熱衷於眼前繁華的物質世界，疲於奔命於瑣碎的日常生活。今天的每一個中國人是不是也將自己的心靈關閉了呢？要知道，即使在最窮困、最危險的境地，只要你能打開心靈，也總是可以發現使自己快樂的東西。(收藏自網路)

雖說每個大盤裡都有公筷，公叉子，但是中國人民只是開飯時意思意思用一下，等豪情湧上來就不再用了，直接用自己的筷子招呼。

有朋友告訴我，公筷這個腐朽的制度是從西方引進的，怪不得這麼不得人心呢，太不接地氣了。

有人說中國人吃飯太浪費，說上海一天產生1200噸剩飯菜，說全聚德烤鴨店一天產生1000公斤剩飯菜。

這有什麼呀? 你不能光說浪費，你怎麼不說中國的農民、加工商和供貨商從巨大消費中掙了多少錢呢！

沒錢他們買得起這麼貴的房地產嗎？出得了國門嗎？買得起名牌嗎？孩子留得起學嗎? 食品行業不創造高額消費，中國的GDP能這麼高嗎?

這都是廢話。

只要是浪費在中國，錢從這個腰包轉到那個腰包，還不都是你們中國人得利，這點浪費不算什麼。

最後說說喝酒，據說中國人一年喝掉的茅台酒能把西湖填滿.

據說,有一天將會把西湖改名叫酒湖。中國人一開飯局必須有酒，再謙虛的人一旦喝了兩杯酒，就驕傲地說自己有任命國務院總理的權力，還說他一個電話，就能讓導彈奔向日本和美國。

你要是聽多了中國人酒後的話，全世界各個國家根本沒有混下去的必要，要麼解散，要麼歸化成漢人就省心了。

中國人喝的酒必須是能讓一頭公牛絕育的那種烈酒。自己喝還不算完，誰一端起酒杯來一轉圈，所有人都得端起來，然後揚脖灌下去。

據說周恩來總理就喜歡敬酒勸酒，每次他自己就能喝一瓶茅台。一次據說把一位外國外交官灌得，吃完飯出去就撞了車。

我倒是覺得，可以考慮把勸酒作為暗殺外國領導人的一種謀略，讓人死前喝得美美的，死了也值了; 即便撞不死，因為喝得大醉，也記不清是哪位先到現場的醫生又把他給活活掐死的。

中國人勸酒時愛說：來來，走一個，走一個！所有男人女人就把酒端起來一口乾下去。

我不解地問: 為什麼要說 “走一個”？

一位誠實的中國朋友告訴我：每次喝完酒，等下次聚會時就少了一位，因為這樣那樣的原因先走了。

大家心照不宣，誰都知道這麼喝下去，早晚有今天沒明天。所以為了給自己壯膽，也為了把這好事讓給他人，喝酒時必須要說：來來來，走一個，走一個！（收藏自李文卿臉書）

The Egyptian civilization has gone a long time ago, but the Chinese civilization which emerged around the same time still exist today. Why?

The reason is simply: Adaptation.

Why do Chinese people work so hard to succeed in life? Here's the plain truth:

#1. There are more than 1 billion Chinese people on this earth. They are like photostat copies of each other. You get rid of one, 5 of them magically appear. Yes, it is scary. The Chinese are replaceable, thus they are not particularly 'special'. If you think one Chinese is smart, there are a few thousand more Chinese people smarter than him. If you think one Chinese person is strong, there are a few thousand Chinese people stronger than him.

#2. The Chinese have been crawling all over the earth longer than most civilizations. The Chinese DNA is designed for survival. They are like cockroaches. Put them anywhere on earth and they will make a colony and thrive. They survive on anything around them, and they make the best of it. Some keep migrating but others just stay on and multiply.

#3. NOBODY cares whether a Chinese person will succeed as an individual. But his family will take pride in knowing he has succeeded. Yes, some will fail. The Chinese will take nothing for granted. They don't expect privileges to fall on their laps. No one owes them anything.

#4. The Chinese know that they have nothing to lose if they try to succeed. Thus, they have no fear of trying. That is why the Chinese are addicted to gambling. They thrive on taking risks. All or nothing.

#5. From young their children are taught to count every cent. What they take for granted like Money Management, is not something that other cultures practice at home with their children. Not all societies or cultures teach their young children this kind of skills because it may be rude to some cultures. Most Chinese children can count because they are forced to and the logic of money is pounded into them from the very beginning (when mama tells the child how much she has spent on milk and diapers etc).

#6. The Chinese accept that wealth in a family stays for three generations. Thus, every 4th generation has to start from scratch. (i.e. The first generation earns the money from scratch, second generation spends the money on education, and the third generation gets spoiled and wastes all the inheritance). Then they are back to square one. However, some families hang on to their wealth a bit longer.

#7. It is the Chinese culture to push their next generation to do better than the last. Be smarter. Be stronger. Be faster. Be more righteous. Be more pious. Be more innovative. Be more creative. Be richer. Be everything that they can be in this lifetime.

#8. Chinese society judges its people by their achievements..... and they have no choice but to do something worthwhile. When Chinese New Year comes around every year, Chinese relatives have no qualms asking them straight in their face:

"How much are you making? When was your last promotion? How big is your office? What car do you drive? Where do you stay? You have boyfriend? You have girlfriend? When are you getting married? When are you having children? When is the next child? Got a maid yet? Does your company send you overseas? etc etc"
It NEVER ENDS... so, the Chinese can't stop chasing the illusive train - they are damned to become a materialistic society. If you are not Chinese, consider yourself to be lucky!

#9. The Chinese have been taught from very young: you have two hands, two feet, two eyes, and a mouth, what are you doing with it? People with no hands can do better than you. So, do something useful.

#10. Ironically, the Chinese also believe in giving back to save their wretched materialistic souls. Balance is needed. The more their children succeed in life, the more their parents will give back to society as gratitude for the good fortune bestowed on their children. That is true. That is why Chinese society will continue to progress regardless of the external conditions.

Nobody has pity on the Chinese - they accept that.

No one owes the Chinese anything - they know that.

There are too many Chinese people for charity to reach all of them - they acknowledge that.

But that does not stop the Chinese people from making a better life - this lifetime.

So, pardon the Chinese if they feel obliged to make a better living for themselves in any country that they call home.

It is in their DNA to progress and to for build a more comfortable life. If history is our teacher, look around the globe.

Every country has a Chinatown but how many government/countries are 'taken' over by the Chinese people?

Don't be afraid of the Chinese overwhelming the majority in any country - they are not interested in conquering. They just want to make a living.

For the Chinese who have moved away from China, they are governed by their host countries. They are NOT looking for another country to control. They only want to live in peace.

The Chinese prefer to blend in any country and enjoy the fruits of their labor.

They enjoy the company of like-minded people everywhere.

After all, we humans are passing through a short period in the history of time... So, it is best to live harmoniously, use their skills and progress together. （Source：Unknown Online Author ）

不查都是天災，一查全是人禍；

不查處處鮮花，一查全是豆腐渣；

不查都是中國人，一查全是外國籍；

不查都是孔繁森，一查全是王寶森；

不查個個人模人樣，一查全都男盜女娼；

不查問題都在後三排，一查根子在主席臺；

不查都為人民服務，一查全被人民服務。

中國人，了不起。

汽油—用不起；橋樑—走不起；學校—上不起；

生病—看不起，住房—買不起；豬肉—吃不起；

房貸—還不起，狀子—告不起；官員—惹不起；

娃娃—養不起，愛心—傷不起，死了—葬不起。

這樣對付官老爺就對了

1、取消交通管制，讓官員感受堵車之苦，才能真正治堵；

2、取消食品特供，讓官員品嘗有毒食品，才有食品安全；

3、取消公務員福利分房，讓官員體會買房難，民眾才能安居樂業；

4、取消公交車消費，官員才知油價之高，養車之難；

5、取消高幹特護病房，官員才知看病難、看病貴。

官場核心績效指數（KPI）

檢查+罰款=管理；扯皮+刁難=服務；實幹+技術=白忙；跳舞+喝酒=業務；

聽話+奉承=可靠；大話+做秀=政績；送禮+關係=提拔；工齡+造假=職稱；

文憑+拼爹=招聘；和諧+贊成=民主；聯播+歌聲=幸福；賣地+蓋樓=財政；

套話+瞌睡=開會；造假+矇騙=經營；截訪+維穩=安定；賄賂+人情=法制

貪官，是這樣誕生的

1.貪官不是群眾選舉出來的，是上級領導選拔出來的；

2.貪官不是反貪局捉出來的，是內部互掐抖出來的；

3.貪官不是人民監督出來的，是小偷不慎偷出來的；

4.貪官不是紀檢審查出來的，是小三爭風吃醋鬧出來的；

5.貪官不是百姓舉報出來的，是網上日記不慎自爆出來的。
