愛墾學術——神經病痛與情動轉折：跨學科探討的可能性
摘要:本研究嘗試以「情動轉折」（affective turn）的理論視角，重新檢視神經病痛（neuropathic pain）的經驗及其研究方式。情動轉折強調情動作為一種前語言、前認知、具身體性的力量，不同於心理學意義上的「情緒」，而是塑造主體與世界關係的動態流動。另一方面，神經病痛的研究在醫學與心理學領域中，雖已揭示疼痛與憂鬱、焦慮、預期效應等情感因子之間的緊密關聯，卻多仍以生理與心理模型為核心，未能充分觸及疼痛經驗中「不可言說的強度」。本文主張，若將神經病痛理解為「情動事件」（affective…
