文化創意人的出路（2）看不見的幕後魔術師
“行業體悟到各種層面的甘苦難易，做製片是最快的捷徑。”廖士涵說。
擔任《波麗士大人》製片約兩個月後，廖士涵回到副導位置，但工作內容卻兼跨執行部分，大到布 景陳設、找景，小到道具協尋，廖士涵都參與解決過。
“坦白說，那時好幾次都有放棄算了的念頭。”想起當時的疲憊辛勞，廖士涵微微苦笑：
“但正因為這段經歷，讓我既有製片的經驗，又有副導的資格，當我後來參與安哲毅導演的《台北異想—末班車》，以及郭春暉導演的《三十秒過後》的製作劇組，才突然發現，多虧了那段磨練，讓我可以把拍攝經費與時間控制得恰到好處。”…

丹斯里鍾廷森：企業創新關鍵 在于用對人才
大馬中華總商會總會長丹斯里鍾廷森認為，中小企業要創新、提升服務及開拓市場，關鍵在于找到對的人才，包括如何選才、養才及留才。
他說，企業要吸引及留住人才，並不僅僅單靠企業是否大方，而是在企業可否構建一個能讓人才脫穎而出的機制，及是否有提供讓人才發揮所長的機會。
“在協調企業內各部門之間不同領域的人才時，要如何讓大家信服更是一門學問。只有掌握人才，才能在這個競爭激烈的市場穩佔一席之地。”
他今日在大馬中華總商會第3屆中小企業大會《蛻變2.1：創新、人才、市場》上發表主題演講時，如此指出。…
