一、北京猿人吃鹿排
自古相傳盤古氏開天辟地，此後不知經過了多少歲月，出了一位脾氣暴躁的共工氏，一頭撞在天的東南角上，居然撞破了一大塊，想不到盤古氏開創的“天”竟如此不堅固，不如今天的水泥房頂遠矣。所以他老人家所做的工程也不無敷衍了事，偷工減料之嫌，這都怨當初沒有審計部，無人驗收之故。那時有位女媧氏熱心公益，一看天破了可不好，馬上就“煉石補天”來修理，“煉石”第一先要有火。女媧氏只好坐在一株大樹旁邊靜等雷劈，才好取得火種，把五色石頭加熱，由固體燒為液體，再由液以化氣，以氣才能補天。女媧氏是第一位知道用火的，可不會制火。那時代的人天天都吃生冷，難得碰上晴天“天火下降”才能吃著一只火燒死的麻雀，認為稀世之珍，其實不如油淋乳鴿遠矣！人們天天過著“寒食節”的生活。…
