陳芳毓：做好這3件事 畢業即就業
近年，日本首相安倍晉三射出「三枝箭」搶救日本經濟，台灣各校研究所也射出了「實習」「業師」「創業」三枝箭，來彌平產學落差，提高就業。
學實務！94％研究所有聘用業師
根據《遠見》2015年研究所辦學特色調查，122所回答問卷的學校中，只有七所大學的研究所沒聘用有實務經驗的教師，比例不到6％；亦有七所大學有30個以上研究所聘用業師。
有些研究所是聘用有實務經驗的專業人士，負責整個學期的課程；有些學校為兼具理論與實務，則以「講座教授」或每學期上課數次方式，邀請業界專家講授部分課程。如以…
