文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
皮簧初起時,因為來路鄉野,演唱起來草莽木直,劇目基本來自世俗小說中演義傳奇武俠一類,只是搞不懂為什麼沒有“言情”戲,倒是河北“蹦蹦戲”也就是現在稱呼的“評劇”原來多有調情的戲。百五十年間,多位京劇大師搜尋學問,終於成就了一個癡迷世俗的大劇種。例如梅蘭芳成為紅角兒後,齊如山先生點撥他學昆腔戲的舞蹈,才有京劇中純舞蹈的祝壽戲“天女散花”。
此前燕趙一帶是河北梆子的天下,因為被京劇逐出“中心話語”,不服這口氣,年年要與京劇打擂臺比試高低,輸贏由最後各自臺前的俗眾多寡為憑。
我姥姥家是冀中,秋涼灌冬麥,夜色中可聽到農民唱梆子,血脈湧動,聲遏霜露,女子唱起來亦是蒼涼激越,古稱燕趙之地多慷慨悲歌之士,果然是這樣。
戲劇演出的世俗場面,你們都熟悉,皮簧梆子的鑼鼓鐃鈸梆笛,古早由軍樂來,開場時震天介響,為的是鎮壓世俗觀眾的喧嘩,很教魯迅在雜文中諷刺了一下。
以前角兒在臺上唱,跟包的端個茶壺在幕前侍候,角兒唱起來真是地老天荒,間歇時,會回身去喝上一口,俗眾亦不為意。以前意大利歌劇的場面,也是這樣,而且好的唱段,演員會應俗眾的叫好再重復一次,偶有唱不上去的時候,鞠躬致歉居然也能過去。開場時亦是嘈雜,市井之徒甚至會約了架到戲園子去打,所以歌劇序曲最初有鎮壓喧嘩的作用,我們現在則將聽歌劇做成一種教養,去時服裝講究,哪裏還敢打架?
你們聽羅西尼的歌劇序曲的CD唱片,音量要事先調好,否則喇叭會承受不起,因為那時的序曲不是為我們在家裏聽的。話扯得遠了,還是回到小說來。
