文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
夏天喝一杯冷水是很舒服的。可是生水喝不得,要喝必須是煮沸過的水,等冷了再喝,最好是用冰鎮過的冰水,不過現在不能那麽奢侈,普通人家用不起冰,也只好算了。花一點錢去喝汽水自然也好,但甜得沒有意思,照我個人的意見來說,不但不宜有甜或鹹味,便是薄荷青蒿金銀花夏枯草以至茶葉都可以不必,頂好的還是普通的冷的白開水。這並不是狐貍的酸葡萄的說法,實在我常吃的便是這一種,不只是夏天,就是冬天三九二十七的時候也是如此,那是個人的習慣,本來是不足為訓的。這個敝習慣也是一利一弊,利是自己便利,冷飯涼茶一律吃下去,吃時並不皺眉,吃後也不肚痛,弊則是串門作客,天熱口幹,而新泡的茶不能人口,待至半涼,一不經意,倏被殷勤的工友一下潑去,改釃熱茶,狼狽返顧,已來不及矣。我好茶也喝,但沒得喝也可以,只要有冷開水就好,北方沒有天落水,以洋井的水代之,此又一習慣也。北京的土井水有鹹味,可煮飯不可以沖茶,自來水雖衛生而有漂白粉(?)氣味,覺得不喜歡,洋井如有百尺深,則水味清甘大可用得,古時所謂甜水井甚為希有,城內才二三處,現今用鐵管鑿井法,甜水也就隨處可得了。
