政策利好下，中國特色小鎮發展前景良好
特色小鎮是指依賴某一特色産業和特色環境因素（如地域特色、生態特色、文化特色等），打造的具有明確産業定位、文化內涵、旅遊特徵和一定社區功能的綜合開發項目。
特色小鎮能夠推進新型城鎮化建設，實現鄉村振興，促進國家可持續發展，具有戰重要戰略意義。近年來，國家出台多項政策鼓勵支持特色小鎮建設，爲行業提供良好發展環境。2022年3月，國家發改委發佈《2022年新型城鎮化和城鄉融合發展重點任務》，明確提出要促進特色小鎮規範健康發展，健全各省份特色小鎮清單管理制度，加強監測監督監管，防範處置違規行爲，通報負面警示案例。…
