大鱼大肉吃多了,连吃饭也觉得腻口时,吃点粥吧。马来西亚华人大部分的祖先早期都是中国以南一代迁移下来的,也把粥的文化带了下来,在这半岛萌芽滋长,传承。
我家小时候并不太常吃粥,家里也没这习惯,感觉上粥是生病时候才吃的。
偶尔母亲大人有煮粥,也就是简简单单的肉碎粥、鸡粥,要不然就是白粥或是地瓜粥,伴着咸蛋、腐乳、咸鱼、罐头菜心、洋葱煎蛋、肉碎煎蛋、菜脯煎蛋之类。
因为当年家境也不太好,所以佐料没来的那么丰富。感觉上,吃粥,不是吃饱,是吃那股温馨,宁静。…
