我這人從小性子急坐不定,不論工作、說話、進食,都忠實地反映了我的性格。
這樣性格的我,不太好吃如湯面、粥等需要耐心品嘗的熱食;就連吃灌湯餃也常因為急性子而燙麻了舌頭。
在我的美食記憶食譜中,著實不容易搜索出哪些粥湯類的美食,童年記憶中的豬腸粥是例外。對,不是豬雜粥,而是豬腸粥,就只有炸豬腸的豬腸粥。
小時候口中的吉打,即是亞羅士打,對小鎮長大的我,是一個歡樂的地方。到“吉打"去,意味著是旅行遊玩,雖然距離僅50公里,也令人興奮向往。記憶深刻的豬腸粥,是一個美好旅程的完美句點。…

在中國,我用過一個司機。
這個司機原來的老板曾經在舟山當兵多年,對舟山很有感情。
退伍後,每年還要去一次舟山,一是舊夢重溫,二是吃海鮮,都是他開車同去。
他說舟山人喜歡吃帶魚(山東叫鱗刀魚)粥。
現在的帶魚粥都是把去刺的魚塊放到粥中同煮,這是粥中的快餐,不是上乘吃法。
說最好的魚粥要數鍋蓋帶魚粥。…
