通過分析諾爾曼(Don Norman)對人類情感三個層次的劃分。結合對敘事性設計的相關概念及其三要素進行梳理與歸納, 提出文創產品情感化敘事設計的路徑與方法, 通過具體的設計案例進行說明。通過設計案例驗證情感化敘事設計用於文創產品中可以促進產品與用戶之間的情感互動, 使文創產品蘊含的文化及精神更容易被用戶理解和接受, 為文創產品設計的發展提供一個新的參考路徑。…

摘要:在傳統旅遊文創產品同質化嚴重的背景下,從敘事性設計的角度,將傳統文化通過故事的展現方式融入旅遊文創產品的設計中。基於旅遊文創產品的發展現狀,結合敘事性設計要素和敘事性設計特征。提出「事敘—敘事主題的選擇,形敘—形態基因的轉化,境敘—敘事情境的建立,意敘—產品敘事的表達」的旅遊文創產品敘事性設計策略。以增強旅遊文創產品的文化性、故事性、創新性、情感性,提升旅遊文創產品的市場競爭力,給用戶帶來文化敘事情境的體驗。
