劉繼明：夏日里最後一朵玫瑰
女高音在春天即將過去的時候，被一場致命的疾病擊倒。她整日臥病在床，回憶自己剛剛綻放的青春年華和藝術生命，猶如窗外天幕上一閃即逝的流星，心里充滿了憂傷。在那些日子，她不止一次地支撐著虛弱的身體走到鋼琴邊，但她的手指已經無力掀開琴蓋。她只能任憑往昔的音樂在腦子里發出空洞的回響，然而又無可挽回地彌散，消失，徹底地歸於冥寂……而小偷將在這個故事里不可避免地出現。小偷的出現顯然帶有極大的偶然性。
由於故事本身的邏輯，他拿著一束塑料玫瑰花，在一個細雨朦朦的黃昏敲開了一扇關閉多日的門。而在此之前，這個手拿玫瑰的小偷已經走遍了這座城市的大部分私人住宅區，並且成功地完成了一次又一次的偷竊。他作案的主要伎倆是當確信室內空無一人時，便毫不猶豫地撬門而入；而倘若門不幸被敲開，他便捧著那束玫瑰花彬彬有禮地問：請問您要花嗎？小偷敲開故事中的那扇門時，看到的是一雙美麗得令人心悸的瀕死者的眼睛。…
