聽說澳門老鋪"黃枝記"來香港開店，即刻前往銅鑼灣去試，果然沒讓我失望，實在好吃，值得推薦。
蔬菜配料只準用豆芽和高麗菜，愈簡單愈好吃的是米粉味，不能喧賓奪主。
但我還是愛吃他們的傳統菜蒜泥白肉，淋上辣醬汁。豬耳朵也很特別，片得又大又薄，手工一流。

蔡瀾談吃·月餅
什麽月餅是當年我們吃的，不必送茶，也不覺太膩。皮薄如紙，真材實料。我一直尋求這個失去的滋味，終於成功，自己也出了月餅，但送朋友罷了。有些友好失去地址，沒法送上門，請原諒，明年一定補足。南京的"冠生園"，用陳年餡料，沖擊國內月餅業，令它萎靡不振。今年開始國家已制訂了一套"國際"制度來規範，蓮蓉餡的蓮蓉含量至少達到六十個巴仙。肉類月餅的餡，其肉不少於五個巴仙。水果類月餅，不少於二十五個巴仙，果仁類不低於二十個巴仙。
從普通月餅縮小為迷你開始，月餅干變萬化，已走人歧途。價錢由幾十塊錢到九千九百九十九，但已無小時候吃的味道。
