蔡瀾談吃·黃枝記
聽說澳門老鋪"黃枝記"來香港開店，即刻前往銅鑼灣去試，果然沒讓我失望，實在好吃，值得推薦。
蔬菜配料只準用豆芽和高麗菜，愈簡單愈好吃的是米粉味，不能喧賓奪主。
但我還是愛吃他們的傳統菜蒜泥白肉，淋上辣醬汁。豬耳朵也很特別，片得又大又薄，手工一流。
