朱江·淺談一路一帶戰略對於黑龍江經濟的影響
摘 要："一帶一路"是習近平總書記所提出的新的重要戰略目標，對國家和全球的經濟都會產生影響。此戰略目標對我國經濟發展包括人文發展，安全發展方面都將產生重要影響。加快我國的可持續發展戰略目標，加強社會團結。本文主要針對一路一帶戰略對黑龍江經濟的影響進行了簡要的探討和研究。
0 前言
建設一路一帶，是習近平總書記提出的面對全球的新的發展戰略，對於我國以及全球的經濟有著重要的影響。中國在全球產業鏈中的位置以及在全球金融事務中的話語權都沒有得到應有的提升。現在，我們正處於一個新的轉折點，既有的增長模式已經難以持續下去，因此，習近平總書記提出的"一帶一路"新戰略是亞洲經濟發展的發動機，也是中國經濟轉型與升級的跳板。…
