上海“繁花”：文化軟實力新圖景 下
如何存續這份《繁花》帶來的「熱氣」與人氣，成為代表委員們關心的話題。1月21日，上海市人大代表周衛紅接受澎湃新聞記者采訪時談到，不能就《繁花》談繁花，就線路談線路。「要把作者、小說或影視劇，與時代，與建築本身，與街區更新相融合，才能更立體、更生活化。」周衛紅說，「更大的挑戰是，如何更加優化城市精細化管理，各個產業融入等。只有各行各業都動足腦筋，《繁花》的熱點才能細水長流。」
從《繁花》的文化和消費端思考，上海市政協委員黃羅維在接受媒體采訪時談到，應利用好市民對海派文化的「留戀感」，進一步推動上海老字號的發展、推動海派文化的傳承，以及延續上海的城市文脈。
厲震林則建議：「黃河路這次誕生了很多衍生產品，這讓我們思考，電視劇、電影渾身都是寶，下一步，影視劇從創業階段開始，也許就要想辦法做更多IP的設計。」…
