陳明發原創《文創意識25》：心里欣賞說出來
有一天，当我们开始坚信，自我欣赏和欣赏别人，是对于人类可能成就的光明面有所信仰，开放而关爱的社会便出现。
一九八六年的圣诞节早晨，为“青运第二届全国大露营”讲课，我和营员进行《自我欣赏》与《我喜欢你》两项作业。
在《自我欣赏》项目中，每位营员写下三点本身的优点、长处或才华，然后找一位同伴，“理直气壮”地互相大声向对方“宣读”：“这就是我的优点！－－”
这个项目一结束，我们便共同探讨一个问题：“你向别人说出自己好的一面，你感到自在吗？”

找人真诚地谈谈、想想，那深切的交流里，有著 “可能你懂我的心”的期待与喜悦，世事和前路将更明晰。
“做人嘛，一是你做事，一是你不做事。”谈话似写报告的友人说道：“做事呢，一是你有问题，一是你没有问题。”
“有问题，一般人有两种反应。第一种人说：“这等事，为什么偏偏发生在我身上？太不公平了。
”第二种人说：“也许我可以做点什么，让我想想看。””
