This kind of happiness is more than simply finding a job; it is about integrating one's talents, vocation, and the needs of society within one's own community, thereby living a life of meaning and purpose. I call this "Blessed Vocation"—a vocation that not only provides a livelihood but also contributes to the well-being of the community. It goes beyond the conventional goals of vocational education, which focus primarily on skills development and employment, by emphasizing cultural heritage, social responsibility, and local revitalization. When a person's expertise becomes what the community needs, and individual achievement is transformed into collective well-being, an occupation is elevated into a calling, and education becomes a cultural endeavor dedicated to cultivating a fulfilling and meaningful life.

社群媒體提供了碎片化的學習機會。這有點像朋友相約吃飯喝茶，無所不聊，話題卻忽然轉進某件事。難得地，給彼此制造了可以更深一層交流的機會。有效交流的作用是明顯的。雙方或多方相關信息的對撞，既可借此吸納新信息，也可梳理一下本身對此課題原來的認識。很多時候，若無外來刺激，這些認識都處於自覺意識以外。極可能，我們也完全忘記了這些事，不知道自己原來懂得這些事。

舉個例子。有的社媒群友有個習慣，喜歡把自己剛從網上學到的知識，新鮮出爐熱哄哄分享到組裏。而其他群友也或多或少，把類似的內容發過來響應。畢竟，現在網上相關、相近或相反的材料，多得難以計數。智能手機的友善功能，讓大家很方便地就可加以確定、補充或澄清。重點是，我們的個人認識、經驗或意見，能繞著這些材料打轉。同時，像在咖啡座裏和人閑聊那樣，以語音或文字，想到哪裏話語就轉到哪裏。更美妙的是，社媒幫助我們做了記錄，方便我們接下來深一層的私己探討。

最大的挑戰，在網絡上探討議題，撇開有的群友會打諢插科、不著邊際不說，難以聚焦是個大問題。此刻是這個話題，下一分鐘很可能又岔開去別的事情。不過，若能有意識地不時舉一反三折回來溫習、繼續探討，例如，第二天談到另一件事，看是否有機會和前一天的議題連接起來，再度聚焦，社媒的學習潛能還是可期許的。

當然，最有效的，還是上專門網站針對鎖定課題交流。但對一般人來說，這恐怕不是常態；一般社媒，還是像咖啡座的偶遇閑聊。

閑聊歸閑聊，有心的人總能從中受益。（23.12.2020）
