文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
在中國餐廳的許多高檔菜肴里,配料里都往往需火腿調味。
而金華火腿是其中的最著名品種。說起這火腿,金華人還會驕傲地向你說起這火腿的由來:
北宋末年,著名抗金將領宗澤帶領著家鄉一帶的數十萬抗金義士正在開封一帶與金兵苦戰。他的大軍人稱“八字軍”,因士兵臉上均刺有“赤心報國,誓殺金賊”八個字,當年曾威震河朔,令金兵喪膽。
但朝中的投降派不但不支持宗澤,而且還不時散佈宗澤吃敗仗、要投降等謠言。
家鄉父老們放心不下,便在那年冬季前借為子弟兵送寒衣之機,特派宗澤的堂兄帶隊以探明情況。
父老們除了寒衣,還為子弟兵帶去豬肉、肥鵝等吃食,以示犒勞。
但金華離汴京何止千里,勞軍隊伍為防止豬肉變壞,只好一路走一路往豬肉上抹食鹽,誰知等到了汴京後,豬肉不但沒壞,而且色澤紅艷,味道濃香,比鮮豬肉好吃多了。
子弟兵吃上從未吃過的豬肉,便向宗澤老將軍請教,宗澤說:“這是家鄉肉。”自此以後,家鄉肉出了名。
這家鄉肉不但鼓勵大軍再打勝仗,而且也使金華創制出天下一道名品,並傳播於海內外。
