這些餐廳有的是獨資,有的合營,但都給香港人帶來就業機會,是件好事。問題在於能否保持老店的水準。一味迎合香港人口味,變成沒有特和危機就將來臨。

登廣告的話不單費用大,也有被食物管理局拿來當呈堂證據,隨時告上官去的可能。不必擔心,打個電話到報紙和周刊泛濫的飲食版,編輯們正愁著沒有資料大做文章,當然會派個記者和攝影師替你免費吹噓,剩下來的,就是靠口碑丫。
座位最多,利潤最大還是經濟艙。但因旅行的人少了,航空公司互相殺價來接待團體客,更是需要儉省。
