文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
上海現在街都是糖炒栗子,數新長發這個招牌最囂張,到處連鎖。
其實最懷念的還是沒什麽招牌的桂花糖炒栗子。
兩年前淮海中路上的MAISONMODE百貨公司底樓,就有一個賣桂花糖炒栗子的小攤。
那時從報社下班,每次經過那裏,會聞到那桂花與焦糖的香的味道,在秋風瑟瑟的傍晚,那氣味能給你無端的溫暖和安全。
從我們的曾祖母輩起,這些東西就有了。不管世代如何地變遷,上海街頭的這些小食總是榮辱不驚地被擺在角落裏,向行匆匆的人們出售。
童叟無欺,溫老暖貧。
看到糖炒栗子,我會想到其他如生煎饅頭類的食物,然後會想起在張玲雜文中寫到過的一個情節。世人心惶,民風亦兇惡,有次她買了一包生煎饅頭在路上走,突然有個乞丐沖過來搶她的饅頭。
她死也不放手,與那乞丐來來回回地爭奪了幾分鐘,最後紙袋也破了。生煎一半落在了地上。
她還是不放手。
這是世,一個賣文為生的孤零子把心橫到底,緊攥著用一個個字換來的食物,食物始終是最體恤的最溫暖的東西。
我喜糖炒栗子這樣的東西,一邊在漆黑的街上走,一邊剝了吃,完全不顧淑風範。
吃到嘴裏是香香的,而裝栗子的紙袋捧在手裏,也是溫溫的。
