這十餘年來，馬來西亞社會許多現象，愈發稀奇古怪。最天才的連續劇編劇，傷壞了腦筋恐怕也沒法子想像其三成的荒謬。
搞創作的，不是累極了坐在一旁抹汗、嘆息，靜觀其變；就是模仿網紅似地隨著流行的調子哼幾句。反正夠報刊的專欄填滿文字就沒事了。
剩下的，繼續“感性”；繼續堅持沒必要而又過時的“文藝腔”，多愁善感而可預測的固定反應。就像余秋雨那般，很多事情說不清了就跪倒。而且，一個大男人動不動就哭。
有者稍勝一籌，忘記了寫作與百貨大樓過節裝飾玻璃櫥窗不同，不能老像找女朋友似地，遣詞用字盡是一味要“夠美”。結果，倒像是遇上塗脂抹粉過度的姑娘，只讓人注意到她的不諧調，而看不見她的靈魂。大家都尴尬。…
