為什麼有些藝人退休后會令人懷念不已，有些卻完全沒有人提起？
我想，聲色藝全的藝人，樣樣都真材實料，跟觀眾告別，觀眾總是依依不捨的。即使色方面的欠奉，只要技藝精湛，也永遠在觀眾心中有一席位。
至於聲色藝都平平的藝人，即使時來運到紅上一段時期，一旦不紅了，觀眾便會很快離棄他，主要是他沒有令人心折的聲色藝。有些先天條件不夠做明星的人，即使勉強做到了，沉寂起來也會沉寂得很快，而觀眾都不會感到可惜，因為條件不夠始終是條件不夠。
聲色藝全的藝人亦會沉寂的，原因很難說，或者是工作態度不好，或者是運氣不好，無論原因是什麼，觀眾對那樣有條件的藝人，都會有痛惜之情，不像對聲色藝不全的藝人般，毫無憐惜，早點消失早點少刺眼。…
