很多香料都可以用來加工在其他食物中，用來提味和增加營養，我們現在廚房裏用的很多調味料都是香料，除了可以做出美食也可以用來合香，比如茴香、花椒、大料、桂皮等。

和香，猶如一個風韻猶存的少婦，集多種味道於一體，溫暖、香郁，既柔情似水，又溫婉可人。懂香者猶如懂女人，細細品味，有甜、有涼、有酸、有澀，還有辛，讓你辨不出到底哪種滋味更加突出，好的和香就在這個“和”字上，它不是簡單地疊加味道，而是把所有的香味有機地融合在一起，讓人不能輕易辨出到底有哪些成分。
