文化有根 創意是伴 Bridging Creativity
我曾被邀參加某次茶會,端上來一碗醬湯。平時隨便飲用的那種稠糊的赤褐色場汁,在搖曳、隱約的燭光映照下,沈澱在黑漆的碗底,令人感到富有深沈優美的色彩。
此外,在大阪、京都,炒菜都用濃醬油烹調,那種膠稠的光亮液汁,多麽富有“陰翳”色彩而與“暗”相調和啊!
但白色醬油、豆腐、魚糕、山藥汁和白生魚片等純白色的食物,如置於周圍雪亮的房屋裏,那就難於顯示其本色了。
白米飯如盛入黑漆光亮的飯桶裏,置於暗處,一看就會引起美感而刺激食欲。那剛剛燒煮的雪白米飯,一揭開鍋蓋,飯香撲鼻而來;盛入黑色容器,看到一粒一粒宛如珍珠閃閃發光的飯粒,凡是日本人誰不感到這米飯是多麽珍貴啊!…
