愛墾APP：馬斯克與AI挖史活動上

馬斯克只用6個科技神童便挖透老美陳年史，說明了AI的威力。實際上，Alvin Toffler在他1980年出版的傳世大著《第三波》（The Third Wave）中提到，美國因為掌握其他國家的資訊，包括政治人物的丑事，而可能操縱他們的決策。日本過去頻密更換首相，便是一個例子。

「丑聞輸出」、「互通辛騷數據」，會是一盤「好生意」。有些國家努力「調查」國內的丑聞，策略也是一樣的。美國有這方面的設備、技術與資訊，隨時可以和「可合作」的外國領袖理應外合，輸送軍情所需的知識。

對於他們敵對黨派過去支持上台的那些小國領導，他們自然不陌生。而小國領導也有他們的智囊，玩民粹政治（族群、宗教、國內肅貪.....）就是了，演好斗士的角色就是了。…
